- A valid credit card is required, even if payment is to be made in cash. The cardholder must check in personally, provide positive identification on request, and be in residence during the entire term of the stay.
- Guests will be charged for damages or any missing articles; cleaning exceeding routine amount; moving furniture, etc.
- 50% deposit cashiers check, money order or personal check, 5 days after booking. Refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival.
- Your final payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.
- Please include the rental dates on the check. A $50 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: RESERVATIONS MUST BE CANCELLED NOT LESS THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE THE START OF YOUR STAY TO AVOID A CANCELLATION CHARGE. CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED BY EMAIL.
